Job Title: ServiceNow CSM Architect
Location: Remote
Employment Type: Contract

Our client, an elite ServiceNow partner, is hiring an experienced ServiceNow CSM (Customer Service Management) Architect to design and implement scalable, high-quality ServiceNow CSM solutions. This role will involve working closely with cross-functional teams, guiding clients through the implementation of customer service solutions, and ensuring alignment with best practices and business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Design and lead the end-to-end implementation of ServiceNow CSM solutions based on customer requirements.
• Work with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into system requirements.
• Provide technical leadership and expertise on ServiceNow CSM best practices, modules, and integrations.
• Develop and document solution designs, workflows, and user stories to support the development and deployment process.
• Collaborate with development teams to customize ServiceNow applications, ensuring a seamless user experience.

Skillset

• Minimum of five years of experience working with ServiceNow, including deep expertise in ServiceNow CSM.
• Strong technical knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture and modules (Incident, Request, Knowledge, Case Management, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow development tools (Flow Designer, Studio, IntegrationHub, etc.).
• Proven experience in designing, architecting, and deploying ServiceNow solutions in complex environments.
• In-depth understanding of ITIL/ITSM principles and how they relate to ServiceNow CSM.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and clients to deliver successful projects.
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications are a plus.
