Job summary

Bright Vision Technologies is a technology consulting and software company delivering cloud, AI, data, and enterprise solutions across the United States. We seek a skilled ServiceNow Application Developer to build and maintain solutions across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and custom scoped applications.

You will focus on hands-on configuration and development—workflows, Flow Designer, scripting, integrations, UI customization, and platform extensions—while aiming for upgrade-safe, performant code.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Five or more years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• Strong JavaScript skills with ES5/ES6.
• Deep expertise with Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Actions, and UI Policies.
• Experience with Flow Designer and IntegrationHub.
• Hands-on integration experience using REST, SOAP, and MID Servers.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow data model and CMDB concepts.
• Experience with Service Portal widget development.
• ServiceNow CSA credential.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and custom apps.

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) credential.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
• Certified Implementation Specialist credentials (ITSM, HR, CSM, ITOM).
• Experience with Now Assist or GenAI Controller.
• Familiarity with App Engine Studio.
• Exposure to multi-instance ServiceNow environments.
