Job summary

Bright Vision Technologies is seeking a seasoned ServiceNow Engineer for a 100% remote role within the United States. You will build and maintain ITSM/ITOM/HRSD/CSM solutions, emphasize declarative and programmatic approaches, and deliver upgrade-safe, scalable configurations.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development, strong JavaScript skills, and CSA certification. This is a full-time, W2 position with growth opportunities and a focus on maintainable, performant code.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Five or more years of hands‑on ServiceNow development experience.
• Strong JavaScript skills including ES5/ES6 patterns used in ServiceNow.
• Deep expertise with Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Actions, and UI Policies.
• Experience with Flow Designer and IntegrationHub.
• Hands‑on integration experience using REST, SOAP, and MID Servers.
• Strong understanding of the ServiceNow data model and CMDB concepts.
• Experience with Service Portal widget development.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) credential.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Engineer to build and maintain solutions across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and custom scoped applications. The role focuses on hands‑on configuration and development — including workflows, Flow Designer, scripting, integrations, UI customization, and platform extensions — while applying best practices that keep the platform clean, upgrade‑safe, and performant. The ideal candidate has shipped meaningful ServiceNow work in production, balances declarative and programmatic approaches thoughtfully, and writes maintainable code that survives upgrades and team turnover.
