Job summary

Universal Music Group in Nashville is seeking a Data & Analytics Engineer, ServiceNow, to own reporting and analytics across the ServiceNow platform. You will define KPI standards, build dashboards, automate data quality checks, and enable data-driven decisions on service performance and delivery outcomes.

You will collaborate with a global team, deliver self-service analytics assets, and provide insights on SLA performance, adoption, and bottlenecks.

Qualifications

• Translate business questions into KPIs and reporting solutions.
• Build dashboards and scorecards with governance.
• Develop data quality checks and reconciliations.
• Provide ad-hoc analysis from governed data sources.
• Collaborate with global teams across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Own ServiceNow reporting and analytics delivery (dashboards, scorecards, operational and executive reporting).
• Define KPI/metric definitions with Platform and Product leadership.
• Build and maintain reporting datasets, extracts, and integrations to BI tools as needed.
• Implement automated data quality checks and reconcile reporting anomalies.
• Develop self-service analytics assets for internal customers and provide insights on demand.
• Support release and operational reporting (change success, incident trends, backlog health).
