Job summary

Universal Music Group in Tennessee is seeking an experienced analytics professional to own ServiceNow reporting and performance analytics. You will define KPI standards with Platform and Product leadership, build datasets, and deliver self-service dashboards for internal customers across global teams.

The role requires 5+ years in analytics or data engineering, 3+ years in ServiceNow reporting, strong SQL, and proficiency with Power BI or Tableau.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of analytics, reporting or data engineering in enterprise settings.
• 3+ years delivering ServiceNow reporting/analytics (Reporting/PA).
• Experience defining metric standards and KPI scorecards with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience with data sources/integrations and governed datasets for reporting.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT/Analytics/Engineering or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Own ServiceNow reporting and analytics delivery (dashboards, scorecards, reporting).
• Define and standardise KPI/metric definitions with Platform and Product leadership.
• Build and maintain reporting datasets, extracts, and integrations to BI tools.
• Implement automated data quality checks and reconcile reporting anomalies with domain owners.
• Develop and maintain self-service analytics assets (dashboards, filters, drilldowns) for internal customers.
• Provide insights on demand, throughput, SLA performance, adoption, and bottlenecks.
• Enable release/ops reporting (change success, defect leakage, incident trends, backlog health).
• Document metric definitions and reporting artefacts for auditability.
• Support stakeholders with ad-hoc analysis using governed data sources and prioritisation.
• Collaborate with a global ServiceNow team across time zones.
