Job summary

GovCIO is seeking a ServiceNow Administrator/Developer SME to support the NOSC proposal in Washington, DC. The role is hybrid remote and located in Washington, DC, requiring a Top Secret clearance.

You will guide ITSM strategy, design ServiceNow modules, develop dashboards, and admin IT services while collaborating with remote teams and clients. The ideal candidate has 8+ years in IT, 8+ years with ServiceNow development, and strong knowledge of REST/SOAP, ITIL, and web technologies.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of overall IT experience.
• Minimum of 8+ years of experience as a ServiceNow developer in various roles.
• Thorough knowledge of the ServiceNow System.
• Experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Jelly, HTTP, XML.
• Experience in REST, SOAP services, etc.
• An understanding of ITIL and/or ITIL Certified.
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal), strong interpersonal skills, customer-centric attitude.

GovCIO is currently hiring a ServiceNow Administrator/Developer SME to support our USSS Network Operations and Security Center (NOSC) proposal. This position will be located in Washington, DC and is a hybrid remote position.

Responsibilities

Posted Salary Range
