Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, administer and configure ServiceNow.
• Serve as a developer and technical subject matter expert for the ServiceNow system.
• Author and maintain technical documentation.

Skills

ServiceNow development experience

C# or Java development experience

Knowledge of process automation using ServiceNow Orchestration

5+ years overall portal and development experience

4+ years ServiceNow working experience

ITIL/ITSM processes understanding

Education
