Job summary

General RV Center is seeking a Service Advisor in Florida. The role focuses on delivering outstanding customer service, scheduling RV service appointments, and accurately detailing repair work for customers.

The ideal candidate has prior CS experience, a basic familiarity with RV/auto service writing, and strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic shop environment. A valid driver’s license is required.

• Experience with RV or automotive service writing is a plus.
• Must be detail oriented and organized.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service throughout the service experience.
• Schedule service appointments promptly and efficiently.
• Communicate repair or maintenance needs to customers clearly.
• Submit repair orders with detailed descriptions of repairs.
• Recommend additional products and services to enhance RV use.
• Explain technical issues and repairs to customers clearly.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Responsibilities

• You will be responsible for providing customers with excellent customer service throughout their entire service experience.
• Schedule service appointments with customers in a timely and efficient manner.
• Effectively communicate with customers to determine RV repair or maintenance that is required.
• Submit repair orders, outlining an accurate and detailed description of the repairs and/or maintenance required.
• Assist customers in recommending additional products and services that will enhance the overall use of their RV.
• Ability to clearly explain technical issues to customers and how the issue can be repaired.
• Other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience is required.
• Experience with RV or Automotive Service Writing experience a plus.
• Ability to multitask and complete tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
• Must be extremely detail oriented and organized.
• Familiarity with MS Office Suite.
• Valid driver’s license.
