Job summary

Holt Ag Solutions is seeking a role that coordinates service delivery for customers in central Northern California and Oregon. You will act as the bridge between customers and technicians to ensure timely repairs and high satisfaction, while guiding scheduling, billing, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities include coordinating repairs, maintaining records, and communicating changes in costs or delivery expectations.

Qualifications

  • Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business materials.
  • Ability to write service reports.
  • Ability to present information clearly to managers, clients and the public.
  • Ability to perform basic arithmetic and measurements.
  • Ability to solve practical problems with limited standardization.
  • Ability to follow written, oral, diagram, or schedule instructions.

Responsibilities

  • Liaise between customer and technicians to ensure timely repairs.
  • Ensure technicians perform repairs correctly and communicate cost/delivery changes.
  • Schedule repair work and assign technicians based on skill level.
  • Maintain a schedule board to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure repairs are charged correctly (warranty, policy).
  • Maintain records of service repairs and reworks.
  • Comply with applicable regulations (Hazardous waste disposal, OSHA Right-to-Know).
  • Ensure compliance with manufacturer warranty and policy procedures.
  • Coordinate with Service Manager on training needs.
  • Report technician or customer concerns to the Service Manager.
  • Build and maintain positive customer relationships.

POSITION SUMMARY

Overall objective is to ensure the development of customer relationships thorough successful management of service delivery.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIREMENTS

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Work as liaise between customer and technicians, ensuring timely repairs.
  • Ensure all technicians perform repairs correctly, efficiently and consistently; while writing estimates, communicating with all departments and achieving a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Schedule repair work and assign technician(s) work matching their skill level.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally any changes in repair(s) that would affect cost and/or delivery expectations.
  • Maintain a schedule board to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure all repairs are charged out correctly (Warranty, policy, etc.).
  • Maintain record of high-quality service repairs and rework.
  • Understand and comply with federal, state, and local regulations that affect service operations (Hazardous waste disposal, OSHA Right-to-Know, etc.).
  • Understand and ensure compliance with manufacturer warranty and policy procedures.
  • Communicate with Service Manager to ensure all department employees receive appropriate training.
  • Inform Service Manager of any technician or customer concerns as appropriate.
  • Build and maintain positive customer relationships to strengthen customer loyalty.
  • Other duties may be assigned.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

High school or GED; and/or two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience in scheduling repair work preferred. Experience in writing estimates preferred. Experience in understanding hazardous waste disposal, OSHA Right-to-Know preferred.

SKILLS
  • Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
  • Ability to write service reports.
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
  • Ability to add, subtracts, multiply and divides in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variable in situations where only limited standardization exists.
  • Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS

Must have a valid driver license and a clear DMV driving record.

COMPENSATION

Wage Range $ 25.00 to $32.00

Wage depends on knowledge, skills and ability to perform the responsibilities of the job.
