TEKsystems, Inc. seeks a Service Writer in Woodland, CA to coordinate the service process from appointment scheduling through vehicle delivery, ensuring exceptional customer service, accurate documentation, and clear communication.
You will collaborate with technicians, parts staff, and customers to ensure repairs are completed efficiently and to high quality standards. A high school diploma is required; an associate degree is preferred; RV/auto experience is valued.
The Service Writer serves as the primary point of contact for customers seeking service and repair of their campers. This position coordinates the service process from appointment scheduling through vehicle delivery while providing exceptional customer service, accurate documentation, and clear communication. The Service Writer partners with technicians, parts personnel, and customers to ensure repairs are completed efficiently, accurately, and to quality standards.
This is a Permanent position based out of Woodland, CA.
The pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $80000.00 per year.
