All-Star Automotive in Columbia, MO is seeking an Automotive Service Advisor to join our growing team. You will be the link between customers and technicians, learning about concerns, communicating needs, and guiding repairs to ensure a smooth, transparent service experience.

The role emphasizes clear communication, customer-focused service, and teamwork. We offer a Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends and opportunities for advancement as the company expands to multiple locations.

Qualifications

• No automotive experience required; training provided.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced shop.
• Backgrounds in sales, hospitality, retail, restaurants, or customer service are welcome.
• Proactive, reliable, and able to build trust with customers.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and learn about their concerns.

Think of yourself as the connection between our customers and technicians.

You greet customers, learn about their concerns, communicate with technicians, and help customers understand what their vehicle needs.

Your job is to create a smooth experience from start to finish.

Compensation

• $40,000 base salary
• Uncapped commission and bonus opportunities
• Top performers can earn $100,000+
