Job summary

LubeZone, Inc. in Baytown, TX is hiring a Service Writer to greet customers, gather service details, and input information into the eGenuity POS system. You will handle invoices, payments, and basic accounting, while helping keep the display area stocked and the store clean.

No technical experience is required; training is provided. The position offers full-time schedules (possible 4-day weeks), paid time off, health and dental options, a 401(k) with company match, and other benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Minimum 2 years customer service/retail experience including cashiering.
• Ability to communicate and work well with others; organized and detail oriented.
• Flexible, dependable, and able to maintain a consistent schedule.
• No technical experience required; on‑the‑job training provided.

LUBEZONE IS HIRING!

LubeZone, Inc. is a national provider of preventative maintenance solutions for the transportation industry and has immediate position open for a Service Writer!

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly manner and gather information from them that is required for their equipment to be serviced
• Accurately enter service information in the Point of Sale system-eGenuity.
• Complete invoices, collect payments and perform basic accounting duties with daily payment information
• Keep display area stocked and assist with add-on sales
• Maintain cleanliness in store to ensure a safe and healthy workplace

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, some college preferred
• Minimum 2 years customer service and/or retail experience, including cashiering
• Ability to communicate and work well with others
• Ability to stay organized and be detail oriented
• Quick learner, flexible, dependable, on time and able to maintain a consistent work schedule.

No technical experience necessary!
