Job summary

LubeZone, Inc. is hiring a Service Writer to greet customers, gather service details, and manage transactions in a fast-paced environment. No prior tech experience required; training is provided. This is a full-time role with benefits, located in Baytown, TX.

Qualified candidates will have at least a high school diploma, 2+ years in customer service or retail, and strong communication with attention to detail. Flexible scheduling and potential for a 4-day workweek are offered.

• Minimum 2 years customer service and/or retail experience, including cashiering.
• Ability to communicate and work well with others.
• Ability to stay organized and be detail oriented.
• Quick learner, flexible, dependable, on time and able to maintain a consistent work schedule.

LUBEZONE IS HIRING!

LubeZone, Inc. is a national provider of preventative maintenance solutions for the transportation industry and has immediate position open for a Service Writer!

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly manner and gather information from them that is required for their equipment to be serviced
• Accurately enter service information in the Point of Sale system-eGenuity.
• Complete invoices, collect payments and perform basic accounting duties with daily payment information
• Keep display area stocked and assist with add-on sales
• Maintain cleanliness in store to ensure a safe and healthy workplace

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, some college preferred
• Minimum 2 years customer service and/or retail experience, including cashiering
• Ability to communicate and work well with others
• Ability to stay organized and be detail oriented

No technical experience necessary!
