Job summary

Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) is seeking a Service Worker to support patient meals and maintain clean, orderly facilities across our Mesa campuses. This position requires travel between facilities to provide coverage as needed.

Responsibilities include safe food handling, prompt meal service, and maintaining a respectful, supportive environment for individuals in behavioral health programs. Valid AZ driver’s license and background checks are required.

Qualifications

• The candidate must have a high school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Recent or 3-6 months experience in food service or housekeeping preferred.
• Valid AZ driver’s license with clean MVR required.
• AZ Food Handlers certification is required.
• Level 1 Fingerprint Card may be required for certain programs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve meals for patients at assigned facility.
• Ensure all rooms and common areas are clean and orderly.
• Cover multiple facilities as needed to provide coverage.
