Job summary

Community Bridges, Inc. is seeking a Service Worker to prepare and serve meals for patients and maintain clean, orderly rooms across assigned facilities. The Float role requires travel between sites as coverage is needed.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or GED, 3–6 months in food service or housekeeping, and valid AZ driver’s license with clean MVR. AZ Food Handlers card and Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card are required.

Qualifications

• Highschool diploma or GED preferred.
• 3–6 months experience in Food Service or Housekeeping preferred.
• AZ Driver’s License (valid and in good standing) required.
• Clear 39-month Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) required.
• AZ Food Handlers card required.
• Must have Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve meals for patients at assigned facility and ensure rooms are clean and orderly.
• Float Service Worker travels between facilities to provide coverage as needed.

Job Summary

The Service Worker is responsible for preparing and serving meals for patients at assigned facility and for ensuring that all rooms at the facility are clean and orderly. The Float Service Worker will be responsible for traveling between facilities as needed to provide coverage.
