The Service Worker prepares and serves meals for patients and keeps facility rooms clean and orderly, traveling between facilities as needed to ensure consistent coverage. Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 3–6 months experience in Food Service or Housekeeping preferred.
• AZ Driver’s License (valid and in good standing) required.
• Clear 39-month Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) required.
• AZ Food Handlers card required.
• Level 1 Fingerprint Card may be required depending on program.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve meals for patients at the assigned facility.
• Ensure all rooms at the facility are clean and orderly.
• Float Service Worker will travel between facilities to provide coverage.

Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) is an integrated behavioral healthcare agency providing a variety of different programs throughout Arizona. CBI provides residential, outpatient, inpatient, patient‑centered medical homes, medication‑assisted treatment, and crisis services to individuals experiencing crisis, opioid use disorder, homelessness, and mental illness.

Service Worker

The Service Worker is responsible for preparing and serving meals for patients at the assigned facility and for ensuring that all rooms at the facility are clean and orderly. The Float Service Worker will be responsible for traveling between facilities as needed to provide coverage.

Skills / Requirements

• Highschool diploma or GED preferred.
• 3-6 months experience in Food Service or Housekeeping preferred.
• Current AZ Driver’s License (valid and in good standing) required.
• Clear 39-month Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
• AZ Food Handlers card required
• Level 1 Fingerprint Card (Women’s and Children’s programs and any additional facility required to implement this requirement. This can vary based on program requirements.)
