Job summary

Ring Power Corporation in Florida seeks an experienced welder/fabricator to perform shop repairs and rebuilds on heavy equipment. You will read drawings, set up welding processes, and complete repairs with minimal supervision while maintaining safety and quality standards.

You’ll document repairs, track time and costs, mentor others, and participate in continuous improvement of shop methods. High school diploma and welding certs required; 5–10 years welding/fabricating experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Must possess 3G and 4G SMAW/FCAW/GMAW certifications.
• High knowledge of safety requirements and procedures related to welding, cutting, and heating.

Responsibilities

• Disassemble and assemble machine components per manufacturer specifications.
• Perform welding per experience or procedure and prepare parts for welds.
• Maintain a neat work area and follow contamination control guidelines.
• Complete documentation of repairs and recording repair times.
