General Description

Provide maintenance on specialized commercial HVAC systems according to company standards, delivering a high‑quality experience to customers.

Other Position Details

Start up and service mechanical and electronic equipment.
Utilize hand tools and test equipment to perform work.
Review work orders, manuals, blueprints, and schematics to determine tasks and required tools, equipment, and parts.
Consult with the customer’s representative and inspect installation sites to verify electrical installations meet specifications.
Troubleshoot HVAC equipment to detect malfunctions and repair or replace defective parts using hand and power tools.
Interpret maintenance manuals, schematics, and wiring diagrams, repairing equipment with knowledge of electronics and standard test instruments.
Collaborate with engineering personnel to resolve unusual system operation and maintenance problems.
Document service calls and startups, noting product performance and suggestions for improvement.
