General Description

Provide maintenance on specialized commercial HVAC systems according to company standards, delivering a high‑quality experience to customers.

Other Position Details
  • Start up and service mechanical and electronic equipment.
  • Utilize hand tools and test equipment to perform work.
  • Review work orders, manuals, blueprints, and schematics to determine tasks and required tools, equipment, and parts.
  • Consult with the customer’s representative and inspect installation sites to verify electrical installations meet specifications.
  • Troubleshoot HVAC equipment to detect malfunctions and repair or replace defective parts using hand and power tools.
  • Interpret maintenance manuals, schematics, and wiring diagrams, repairing equipment with knowledge of electronics and standard test instruments.
  • Collaborate with engineering personnel to resolve unusual system operation and maintenance problems.
  • Document service calls and startups, noting product performance and suggestions for improvement.

Education & Experience Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent; additional trade school or certifications a plus.
