Job summary

AutoNation in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking a Service Warranty Administrator to manage warranty claims from intake through submission, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

You will review repair orders, analyze trends, work with manufacturers, and provide weekly status reports to the service manager, while supporting technicians and advisors.

This role requires a high school diploma, automotive knowledge, ASE certification preferred, and strong communication skills; two years in a dealership is expected.

The Service Warranty Administrator is responsible for reviewing and completing warranty claims.
