Job summary

AutoNation in the United States seeks a Service Drive Leader to orchestrate daily repair operations, lead service consultants, and ensure top customer satisfaction through effective supervision and data-driven coaching.

You will schedule objectives, monitor performance, assist in service reception during peak times, review repair orders, and collaborate with dealership teams while adhering to safety and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Two years of experience in an auto repair facility.
• One year of supervisory experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license and ability to drive manual transmission vehicles.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and assign daily work objectives for service consultants.
• Monitor performance and counsel service staff on behavior and goals.
• Train, coach, supervise and assist service consultants.
• Assist in service reception during peak times, obtaining customer and vehicle data.
• Maintain supplies and communicate status of jobs to team leaders.
• Review open repair orders daily and resolve overdue items.
• Collaborate with dealership personnel to ensure quality of service.
• Perform quality inspections on vehicles before return to customers.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and safe operations.
