Job Responsibilities:

• Greet customers upon arrival and provide a warm, professional welcome
• Accompany customers to the appropriate Service Advisor, ensuring a smooth transition
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the dealership lot
• Move and arrange vehicles to maximize space and ensure a professional appearance
• Assist Service and Sales teams by retrieving and parking customer vehicles
• Conduct basic vehicle inspections to ensure they meet dealership standards
• Perform general cleaning duties, including washing and detailing vehicles
• Maintain lot security by keeping track of keys and vehicle locations
• Support dealership staff with additional tasks as needed

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Strong customer service skills and ability to interact professionally with guests
• Ability to safely operate and maneuver vehicles, including various makes and models
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
