Job summary

Schomp Automotive Group in Highlands Ranch, CO is seeking a Customer Service/Guest Experience Associate to greet guests, coordinate with service Advisors, and keep the showroom and lot orderly. This full-time role requires a driver’s license and a willingness to be on your feet, delivering hospitality and support to customers.

The position includes responsibilities such as preparing vehicles for delivery, transporting vehicles to/from customers, and maintaining a clean, organized service area.

Qualifications

• Clean driving record or minimal violations.
• Valid Driver's license.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Greet and direct guests to the reception area or introduce them to the appropriate departmental Manager/Advisor.
• Keep new and used vehicle lots neat and orderly, moving cars as directed.
• Prepare customer vehicles for delivery following service.
• Pick-up and return customer vehicles from their home or office for service.
• Clean driveway and sidewalks, removing snow and debris as necessary.
