Job summary

Norm Reeves Subaru Rockwall is seeking a reliable valet to assist with moving commercial vehicles, coordinate vehicle drop-offs and pickups, and support the team with basic documentation related to transfers.

This role is essential to delivering a smooth customer experience and ensuring fleet operations run efficiently. Candidates should be punctual, professional, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Experience driving large or commercial vehicles preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Basic understanding of paperwork and documentation related to vehicle service or transfers.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be dependable, punctual, and professional in appearance.

Responsibilities

• Safely drive and transport commercial vehicles within dealership premises and to/from external locations as needed.
• Greet commercial clients and assist with vehicle drop-off and pick-up procedures.
• Conduct visual inspections of vehicles upon arrival and departure, noting any damage or discrepancies.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lot and vehicle staging areas.
• Operate a variety of vehicles including large trucks and vans with professionalism and care.
• Support the department with other duties as assigned.
