Job summary

Germain Mercedes-Benz of Easton in Columbus, OH is seeking a Full-Time Service Valet to be the first point of contact for service customers. You will safely transport vehicles within the facility and assist with check-in/check-out, keeping drive and parking areas clean, and delivering courteous service.

You'll work with service advisors and technicians to support workflow, perform basic vehicle checks and maintain a professional appearance at all times.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to drive all types of vehicles safely and confidently.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Professional appearance and attitude.
• Previous experience in a valet or customer service role is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport customer vehicles to and from service bays, parking areas, and customer parking lots.
• Assist with the vehicle check-in and check-out process.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the service drive and parking areas.
• Provide courteous and professional customer service at all times.
• Communicate effectively with service advisors and technicians to support workflow.
• Perform basic vehicle inspections and report any concerns to service staff.
