Job summary

Germain Mercedes-Benz of Easton in Columbus, OH is seeking a Full-Time Service Valet to be the first contact for service customers, transporting vehicles safely within our facility and supporting the service team. You will assist with check-in/out, maintain drive and parking areas, and provide courteous service.

A valid driver’s license and the ability to drive all vehicle types are required; prior valet or customer service experience is a plus.

Qualifications

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Ability to drive all types of vehicles safely and confidently.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
Professional appearance and attitude.
Previous experience in a valet or customer service role is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Safely transport customer vehicles to and from service bays, parking areas, and customer parking lots.
Assist with the vehicle check-in and check-out process.
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the service drive and parking areas.
Provide courteous and professional customer service at all times.
Communicate effectively with service advisors and technicians to support workflow.
Perform basic vehicle inspections and report any concerns to service staff.
