Job summary

Germain Mercedes-Benz of Easton is seeking a Full-Time Service Valet in Columbus, OH. You will be the first point of contact for service customers, safely transporting vehicles within the facility and aiding with check-in/check-out.

Responsibilities include maintaining drive area cleanliness, providing professional service, and coordinating with service staff to support workflow. Prior valet or customer service is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport vehicles to and from service bays and parking areas.
• Assist with vehicle check-in and check-out.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service drive and parking areas.
• Provide courteous professional service to customers at all times.
• Communicate effectively with service staff to support workflow.
• Perform basic vehicle inspections and report concerns.
