Vanguard Auto Group in Austin, TX, seeks a Volkswagen Service Valet to warmly greet customers, move vehicles in the service drive, and maintain a clean service area.

You will assist Service Advisors, transport customers, install tags, wash vehicles, and help keep the lot tidy while following safety procedures; Saturday shifts are required. Vanguard offers benefits and a team-focused culture.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaking and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of the automotive industry
• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to work well with others and be a team player

Responsibilities

• Greet all customers in a warm, sincere, and helpful manner
• Assist Service Advisors with providing excellence in customer service
• Help customers to the appropriate department or point-of-contact
• Drive vehicles to and from service areas and lot as needed
• Install tags in all vehicles brought for service
• Wash and clean vehicles as needed
• Help maintain lot appearance by cleaning driveway and sidewalks, and removing debris as necessary
• Help maintain department cleanliness, including windows, doors, floors, etc.
• Transport customers to and from their home when needed and requested
• Follow all safety and security procedures
• Performs other duties as assigned
