Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to safely operate and park a variety of vehicles.
• Strong customer service and professional demeanor.
• English verbal communication required.
• Hourly, full-time schedule; ability to stand/walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet customers arriving for service and serve as their initial point of contact.
• Assist customers with vehicle check-in and direct them to the service advisor.
• Register and park incoming service vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Provide shuttle service and rides to service customers, ensuring timely transportation.
• Assist with transferring customers from their vehicles to service advisors as needed.
• Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe driveway and parking area.
• Operate and park a variety of customer vehicles with care and attention to detail.
• Communicate wait times, shuttle availability, and next steps clearly to customers and team members.
• Support the Service department with additional tasks to ensure a smooth customer experience.
