Job summary

Harr Motor Group in Worcester, MA is seeking a Service Valet to greet customers, park vehicles, and coordinate with the service department to ensure a smooth and welcoming experience.

Responsibilities include moving vehicles, performing pickup/delivery, assisting customers with belongings, and keeping the service parking area organized while collaborating with teammates. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is required.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• High School Diploma required.
• Valid State driver's license and safe driving record required.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in Service Drive upon arrival and create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Move vehicles to service staging areas and manage vehicle flow.
• Assist with Pick Up and Delivery of customers' vehicles to/from the dealership.
• Help customers with belongings to and from loaner vehicles or shuttle.
• Keep service parking area organized and work well with the team to service customers promptly.

Description of the Role:

The Service Valet at Harr Motor Group is responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service by assisting with various service-related tasks, including greeting customers, parking vehicles, and coordinating with the service department.

Responsibilities:

• Greet all customers in Service Drive upon arrival
• Create a warm and welcoming environment by using the customer's name
• Demonstrate a positive presence with a smile
• Move vehicles to the appropriate service staging areas
• Pick Up and Delivery - Deliver customer's vehicle from their home/work to the dealership and back.
• Assist customers with any personal belongings to and from their vehicle to the loaner vehicle or shuttle
• Keep service parking lot organized
• Work well within a team in order to serve the customer in a timely manner

Requirements:

• High School Diploma required
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
• Superior background and driving record
• Valid State of Residence Driver's License
• Defensive driver with an emphasis on safety
• Must be able to pass a drug test
• Superior attention to detail
• Experience in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Works well within a team
• Follows instructions
• Works quickly
• Operate Manual Transmission a plus
