Job summary

Harr CJDR in Worcester, MA, is seeking a Service Valet to greet customers, park and move vehicles, and coordinate with the service department to ensure a smooth customer experience.

You will assist with pickup/delivery, help customers with belongings, and maintain an organized lot while working closely with the service team to deliver timely service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Clean driving record and valid state driver’s license.
• Defensive driving with emphasis on safety.
• Able to pass a drug test.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in Service Drive on arrival.
• Create a welcoming environment by using the customer’s name.
• Move vehicles to service staging areas.
• Pickup and delivery of customers' vehicles to/from the dealership.
• Assist with personal belongings and shuttle transfers.
• Keep service parking area organized.
• Collaborate with the service team to serve customers promptly.

Description of the Role:

The Service Valet at Harr CJDR is responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service by assisting with various service-related tasks, including greeting customers, parking vehicles, and coordinating with the service department.

Responsibilities:

• Greet all customers in Service Drive upon arrival
• Create a warm and welcoming environment by using the customer’s name
• Demonstrate a positive presence with a smile
• Move vehicles to the appropriate service staging areas
• Pick Up and Delivery - Deliver customer’s vehicle from their home/work to the dealership and back.
• Assist customers with any personal belongings to and from their vehicle to the loaner vehicle or shuttle
• Keep service parking lot organized
• Work well within a team in order to serve the customer in a timely manner

Requirements:
