Norm Reeves Ford is seeking a Service Valet to create a great service experience for guests, ensuring all vehicles are washed and handled with care. Your positivity and attention to detail help keep guests returning.

You will greet customers, direct traffic, record vehicle details, and assist service advisors. This entry-level role offers training, advancement opportunities, and benefits including health and dental plans, 401k matching, PTO, and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Age 18 or older and eligible to work in the U.S.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
• Experience driving a range of vehicles is a plus
• Strong commitment to safety and presentation

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a friendly, upbeat attitude and guide them to the right person
• Control service traffic flow and parking in the service area
• Record customer details: name, VIN, mileage, damage
• Assist service advisors when needed
• Maintain clean, safe service drive area and professional appearance
• Move vehicles to parking areas and ensure windows are up and vehicles locked
• Guide vehicles through the car wash and assist with shuttle duties as needed

As aService Valet, you’re one of the most important members atNorm Reeves Ford. You are responsible for creating a great service experience for our guests and ensuring all guest vehicles are washed and handled with excellent care. Your positivity and attention to detail are what keep our guests coming back time after time.

This is an ideal entry-level position for someone eager and motivated to begin a career in the automotive service industry. Norm Reeves Ford, believes in continuous education, promotes from within and is seeking those with a true passion for working at a dealership long term.

What You’ll Do:

• Greets all customers entering the service area with a friendly, upbeat attitude, answers their questions, and directs them to the appropriate person or location
• Controls service traffic flow and parking
• Determines if customers coming into service have an appointment
• Records customer’s name, VIN, tag number, mileage, and existing vehicle damage
• Assists service advisors when needed
• Maintains a clean and safe service drive area, free of dirt, water, leaves, snow, etc.
• Maintains a professional appearance
• Place vehicle Interior Protection in each vehicle
• Tag keys and place mirror tags in all vehicles
• Move vehicles to appointed parking area and ensure all windows are up and all vehicles are locked
• Adhere to all customer service processes
• Fill in for shuttle drivers as needed
• Bring customers’ vehicles to the front of service drive when directed
• Ensure customers’ vehicle is free of dirt and grease from their service visit
• Guides vehicles through the car wash
• Light lifting duties when needed

What You’ll Need:

• Full time availability. You’ll also need to be at least 18 years old
• A valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
• Experience driving a range of vehicles; manual transmission a plus.
