Kane Realty Corporation is seeking a Service Turn Technician to join our Raleigh-based team. This full-time role supports overall maintenance operations across residential properties, including make-ready of units and preventative upkeep.

You will handle electrical, plumbing, carpentry, masonry, painting, HVAC tasks, grounds work, pool maintenance, and occasional special projects under supervision. Weekend availability and a valid driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Previous maintenance experience in multi-family housing.
• Must have reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
• Ability to pass pre-employment criminal history & drug screen.

Responsabilités

• Electrical, plumbing, carpentry, masonry and painting.
• Repairing and treating structures such as showers, sinks, appliances, doors/cabinets, walls and building exteriors.
• Make ready units for new move-ins.
• Knowledge of HVAC systems and be able to maintain, repair and replace HVAC systems.
• Responsible for 24 hour emergency maintenance (pre-scheduled times).
• Must be available to work some weekends.
• Perform preventative maintenance activities.
• Complete grounds work such as grounds pickup, sweeping and light landscaping.
• Pool maintenance.
• Coordinate special projects as directed by maintenance supervisor or property manager.

Service Turn Technician

Seeking a full time Service Turn Technician to join Kane Realty Corporation, a Raleigh based company with significant growth potential. This Technician will be part of a team responsible for the overall maintenance and all areas related to the day-to-day maintenance operations.

Essential Duties Include But Are Not Limited To

• Electrical, plumbing, carpentry, masonry and painting

Job Requirements

Service Turn Technician must maintain a professional and courteous manner with residents, visitors, contractors and fellow employees.

Must have the ability to follow oral and written instructions.

Must be able to have a strong attention to detail and handle multi-tasking throughout the day.
