Kane Realty Corporation in Raleigh, NC seeks a full-time Service Turn Technician responsible for daily maintenance across electrical, plumbing, carpentry, masonry and painting tasks.

The role includes making ready units for move-ins, maintaining HVAC systems, performing preventative maintenance, 24-hour emergency coverage, and coordinating special projects with the maintenance supervisor or property manager.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Previous maintenance experience in multi-family housing is required.
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Ability to pass pre-employment criminal history & drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Electrical, plumbing, carpentry, masonry and painting work.
• Repair and treat structures such as showers, sinks, appliances, doors/cabinets, walls, and exteriors.
• Make ready units for new move-ins.
• Maintain, repair, and replace HVAC systems.
• Provide 24-hour emergency maintenance coverage (pre-scheduled times).
• Some weekends may be required.
• Perform preventative maintenance activities.
• Complete grounds work (lawn, sweeping, light landscaping).
• Pool maintenance.
• Coordinate special projects with maintenance supervisor or property manager.
