Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on experience using DMS system preferred.
• Experience in the automotive dealership industry with CDK Fixed Operations preferred.
• Able to help clients maximize desired business results based on key metrics.
• Ability to coach clients to maximize business results using CDK/DMS tools.

Responsibilities

• Consult with executive management to evaluate goals and dealership strategies.
• Identify process workflow gaps and create solutions to drive efficiency.
• Provide training and presentations to dealership senior management.
• Deliver presentations to dealership senior management.
• Travel up to 100% of the year, Monday through Friday.

Service Consultant

Dataset Inc. an Atlanta Based Automotive Consulting Company is currently hiring consultants across the US.

Dataset Inc is hiring a contracted Service Consultant with fixed operations experience within an automotive dealership environment.

This is a field-based position that will require up to 100% travel annually. Travel is Monday through Friday on a weekly basis.

Requirements

• Automotive dealership industry experience - CDK Fixed Operations expertise preferred.
• 2+ years of hands‑on experience using DMS system preferred.
• Prior experience working in a retail dealership environment using CDK Drive preferred.

• Able to help clients maximize desired business results based on key metrics and coaching on increased utilization of their CDK Dealer management system

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Consult with executive level management to evaluate business goals, dealership (group) strategies and consulting visit objectives. Evaluate dealership knowledge and their current level of process and product utilization.

Work individually or partner with Executive Coach to identify process workflow gaps and create solutions and best practices that drive dealership efficiency, system utilization, margins, sales, productivity and revenue.

Provide solution training via one‑on‑one coaching; one‑to‑many coaching; and presentations to dealership senior management. Training includes, but is not limited to, CDK product education and setup changes, business workflows, and best practices that correspond to the workflow/process improvements being implemented.
