Job summary
ZF Group in Gray Court, SC seeks an Engineering Supervisor to lead a team of engineers and technicians in service, maintenance, and lifecycle support for automated test systems across North America.
You will coordinate activities with internal groups, support escalated issues, drive continuous improvement, and ensure quality, safety, and on-time delivery while developing technical processes and standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechatronics, Automation, or related engineering field.
- 8+ years as a service engineer in automated test systems or industrial automation.
- 1+ years of team leadership experience.
- Strong knowledge of control systems and industrial automation platforms.
- Experience with Siemens TIA Portal, Rockwell Studio 5000, Beckhoff TwinCAT, and robotics.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate a team of Engineers and Technicians in North America.
- Support customer service, maintenance, commissioning, and lifecycle support.
- Drive service profitability, quality, safety, and continuous improvement.
- Interface with customers on escalated service issues and strategic projects.
- Develop and uphold service processes and technical standards.
- Provide coaching and professional development to team members.
