Job summary

RideNow Powersports, powered by RumbleOn, is seeking Service Technicians of all levels to join our growing team at our Mesa, AZ location. The role involves maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs and watercraft, with OEM-compliant procedures and tools provided by the facility.

We offer paid factory training, mentorship from master techs, relocation assistance for qualified applicants, and a clear path to advancement.

Qualifications

• MMI graduate or equivalent real-world experience.
• 1+ years as technician or strong mechanical aptitude.
• OEM certifications and master tech experience preferred.
• Own a basic set of mechanics tools.
• Motorcycle endorsement and clean driving record for test rides.
• Must stand for extended periods.
• Able to move motorcycles up to 850 lbs.
• Must safely move through dealership premises and watch for moving vehicles.
• Able to bend, kneel, crouch, reach to perform duties.

• Perform maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, and watercraft depending on skill level

What We're Looking For:

We’re hiring A, B, and entry-level C Techs—if you meet one or more of the criteria below, you could be a great fit:

• Graduated from MMI or similar program, or have real-world mechanical experience
• 1+ years working as a technician or strong mechanical aptitude and ready to learn
• OEM certifications and master tech experience (preferred but not required)
• Must own a basic set of mechanics tools (comprehensive set of tools preferred)
• Motorcycle endorsement and clean driving record (required for test rides)
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
• Must be able to safely push motorcycles weighing up to 850lbs
• Must be able to safely and efficiently move through the dealership premises—including indoor showrooms, vehicle lots, and service areas—while maintaining awareness of moving vehicles, customer foot traffic, and showroom displays.
• Must be able to frequently bend, kneel, crouch, and reach to perform job duties.
