Job summary

RideNow Powersports seeks an experienced service technician to join our growing team in the United States. You will perform maintenance, diagnostics and repairs on motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, and watercraft as your skill allows.

You will work with an experienced team to stay efficient and safe and follow OEM procedures using tools provided by the facility. We offer paid factory training, relocation assistance for qualified applicants, and clear paths to advancement.

Qualifications

• 3+ years working as a technician in automotive or powersports facility.
• Must own a basic set of mechanics tools (comprehensive set preferred).
• OEM certifications and master tech experience are preferred but not required.

What You’ll Do:

• Perform maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, and watercraft depending on skill level
• Work with our experienced team to stay efficient, accurate, and safe
• Follow all OEM procedures using specialized tools and resources (provided by the facility)
• Keep customers riding safely and confidently by delivering quality work
• Stay current with training and certifications (paid for by us)

Who We're Looking For:

We’re hiring Experienced Techs —if you meet one or more of the criteria below, you could be a great fit:

• Graduated from MMI or similar program, or have real-world mechanical experience
• 3+ years working as a technician in automotive or powersports facility
• OEM certifications and master tech experience (preferred but not required)
• Must own a basic set of mechanics tools (comprehensive set of tools preferred)
• Motorcycle endorsement and clean driving record (required for test rides)
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
• Must be able to safely push motorcycles weighing up to 850lbs
• Must be able to safely and efficiently move through the dealership premises—including indoor showrooms, vehicle lots, and service areas—while maintaining awareness of moving vehicles, customer foot traffic, and showroom displays.
• Must be able to frequently bend, kneel, crouch, and reach to perform job duties.
