Window World of Athens is seeking a motivated Service Technician/Warehouse Helper in Athens, GA to deliver top-quality products and service while supporting installation, repair, and warehouse duties. Qualifications

• Experience in construction, installation, warehousing or related trade preferred.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor in varying weather.
• Reliable, punctual and a strong team player.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-friendly attitude.
• Basic hand and power tool knowledge a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with installation, repair, and service of windows, doors, and related products.
• Support warehouse operations including receiving, organizing, and staging materials and inventory.
• Load and unload delivery trucks safely and efficiently.
• Prepare and pull orders for installation crews and service calls.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Travel to customer job sites to assist with service and warranty work as needed.
• Communicate professionally with team members and customers on-site.
