Job summary

Rentix Solutions is seeking a Service Technician in Orlando to diagnose, maintain, and repair vacuum trucks, tankers, and related heavy equipment. The role requires strong mechanical aptitude and a commitment to safe, quality service.

Full-time position with occasional travel, competitive hourly pay, and a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, life, disability, vision, 401(k), and PTO.

Qualifications

• Experience as a diesel, heavy truck, or heavy equipment mechanic.
• Knowledge of hydraulic, electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems.
• Ability to use diagnostic equipment and read technical schematics.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Vacuum truck repair experience is a plus; training is available for the right candidate.
• CDL preferred; the company will help obtain one.
• Must provide standard hand tools up to 1½ inches; specialty tools provided by the company.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair vacuum trucks, tankers, and related equipment.
• Troubleshoot hydraulic, electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems.
• Service diesel engines, pumps, and vacuum systems.
• Complete work orders and process parts requests.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
