Job Overview:

Our Field Service Technician Team works outdoors at residential and commercial locations, providing hands-on assistance, sales, installations, and repairs of pool equipment. All necessary tools, trucks, uniforms, and training are provided.

Responsibilities:

• Sales, installation, and repair of swimming pool equipment for residential and commercial clients
• Interact with customers, offering service, recommendations, and guidance
• Maintain high standards of customer service and professionalism
• Follow all safety procedures, including safe working and driving habits
• Collaborate with Service Managers to meet and exceed company policies and standards
• Install, troubleshoot, and repair gas and electrical heaters
• Repair motors, filters, timers, pool cleaners, lights, automated systems, and plumbing components
• Address suction, priming, and pressure issues

Qualifications:

• Valid driver’s license with a clean MVR
• Ability to pass drug screening and background checks
• Basic knowledge of plumbing and electrical systems
• Experience with multi-meters and electrical connections

Pay Range:

$60,000 - $100,000 annually
