Ambient Enterprises seeks an HVAC Service Technician to support the Toledo, Ohio area with start-up and service of equipment for air-conditioning, heating, ventilation, humidity control and energy management.

We welcome experienced and entry-level technicians who can troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems, be dependable, independent, and communicate clearly while staying organized. Ambient is a national collective delivering safe, efficient HVAC solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of field experience with commercial heating and air conditioning.
• Knowledge of commercial air-conditioning, heating, water source heat pumps & rooftop packaged HVAC systems.
• Startup experience.
• Mentored others in the field.
• EPA Universal.
• Own hand tools.
• Clean driving record.
• OSHA 10-hour training (preferred).
• OSHA 30 (preferred).
• Master HVAC-R is a plus.
• Manufacturing certifications (i.e. Aaon, Smart Chiller, Samsung, ClimaCool, ClimateMaster…, etc. - preferred).

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems.
• Startup and service of equipment for various HVAC applications.
• Support Toledo, Ohio area assignments.
• Mentor junior technicians as needed.

Our HVAC service team provides start-up services for complex HVAC equipment from a wide range of manufacturers, as well as ongoing preventive maintenance, break/fix repair, and equipment retrofit services. Our Ambient team includes experienced professionals who focus on cost-effective solutions for our clients.

HVAC Service Technician (Toledo, Ohio)

Our HVAC Service Technicians specialize in the start-up and service of equipment for a variety of applications of air-conditioning, heating, ventilation, humidity control and energy management. We are searching for both experienced and entry-level HVAC technicians to help support the growing service business. The candidate must be able to troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems, be dependable, independent, and have communication and organizational skills. This role would serve our Toledo, Ohio area.

Requirements

• 5+ years of field experience with commercial heating and air conditioning.

Estimated Salary
