Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and safe workspace.
• Safely operate and inspect machines, vehicles, and engines to diagnose defects.
• Remove and install components following service manuals.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair equipment including engines, hydraulics, fuel systems, and electrical components.
• Work collaboratively with team members and assist other mechanics.
• Document work performed accurately.
• Complete assignments within designated timeframes and maintain required licensing.
• Perform additional duties as assigned professionally and efficiently.

Requirements

• Prefer 3-5 years of service experience in heavy equipment/construction repair.
• Basic computer skills.
• Own proper tools for repairs.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Good work habits and professional conduct.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions.
• Pass drug screen and background check.
• Willingness to learn about our products.
