Good Boy Roofing & Siding in Langhorne, PA is seeking a Service Technician / Project Manager to handle exterior repairs and manage projects in Bucks and Montgomery Counties. You will diagnose issues, perform service calls, and coordinate crews, subcontractors, and materials to drive successful outcomes.

We value hands-on exterior trades experience, strong client communication, safety, and the ability to manage multiple jobs independently. A valid driver’s license and OSHA 30 are preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on exterior remodeling or repair experience with supervisory or project management exposure.
• Proficiency in roofing, siding, windows, and capping repairs.
• Experience completing material take-offs for siding, roofing, and windows.
• Deck building and repair knowledge is a major plus.
• Interior remodeling experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform service calls and repairs on roofing, siding, windows, trim, and capping.
• Diagnose leaks and storm damage and recommend fixes.
• Complete material take-offs for siding, roofing, and windows projects.
• Manage projects from start to closeout, coordinating crews and subcontractors.
• Be the main client contact on assigned jobs; ensure safety and documentation.

About the Role

We are hiring a Service Technician / Project Manager to handle exterior repair and service work in Bucks and Montgomery Counties, PA. You will personally perform service calls and repairs on roofing, siding, windows, and capping, and you will manage larger projects from start to finish bycoordinating crews, subcontractors, and materials. This role is a fit for an experienced exterior tradesperson who can diagnose problems, build accurate material take-offs, and keep clients informed while working independently.

What You'll Do

• Perform service calls and repairs on roofing, siding, windows, trim, and capping Diagnose leaks, storm damage, and installation issues, and recommend the right fix
• Complete material take-offs for siding, roofing, and window projects and repairs
• Manage projects from start to closeout, coordinating crews, subcontractors, and material deliveries
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients on your jobs
• Conduct quality inspections and enforce OSHA and company safety standards on every job
• Document every job in JobTread with notes, photos, and client communications

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in exterior remodeling or repair, with project management or supervisory experience
• Proficiency in siding, roofing, and window repairs, including capping
• Experience completing material take-offs for siding, roofing, and windows Deck building and repair knowledge is a major plus
• Interior remodeling experience is a plus
• Strong client communication skills and the ability to manage multiple jobs independently Able to work at heights; ladders up to 48'
• Valid driver's license; OSHA 30 preferred

Compensation

$65,000 - $80,000 per year based on experience, plus performance bonus.
