• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on Mercedes-Benz vehicles and Sprinter vans.
• Complete warranty and customer-pay repairs according to manufacturer standards.
• Use advanced diagnostic tools and follow Mercedes-Benz repair procedures.
• Maintain accurate repair documentation and communicate with service advisors as needed
• Ensure vehicles are repaired safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards

Position: Full-Time Service Technician

Mercedes-Benz of New Orleans is seeking a skilled and motivated Service Technician to join our team at our Poydras Street downtown location. This position services both Mercedes-Benz passenger vehicles and Sprinter vans, offering the opportunity to work with industry-leading technology in a fast-paced, professional dealership environment.

What You’ll Do:

Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on Mercedes-Benz passenger vehicles and Sprinter vans

Complete warranty and customer-pay repairs according to manufacturer standards

Use advanced diagnostic tools and follow Mercedes-Benz repair procedures
