Job Description

The role of the Service Technician is to provide professional service and support for customers by performing field service installation, startup, repairs, and maintenance of products as needed.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

1. Provide service and customer support during field visits or dispatches.
2. Manage all onsite tank installations, repairs, maintenance, and test tasks.
3. Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions.
4. Operate vehicle in a safe manner.
5. Follow all company’s field procedures and protocols.
6. Cooperate with technical team and share information across the organization.
7. Understand customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations or briefings.
8. Build positive relationships with customers.
9. Be on call for contaminations, marine issues, and spills.
10. Travel out of town or state for projects as required.

Requirements:

• Must have a valid driver's license with a clean MVR.
• CDL is preferred but not required.
• Prior experience in fuel tank installation and maintenance.
• Must be able to meet and maintain DOT and FMCSA physical requirements.
• Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair, and service technical equipment.
• Ability to drive to various locations for work.
• Familiarity with mobile tools and applications.
