Premium Velocity Auto PVA / Jiffy Lube is hiring a Service Technician in Virginia Beach, VA. No automotive experience required—we train you on maintenance, inspections, and customer service in a fast-paced setting.

You'll work with a fully cross-trained team, perform oil changes, basic maintenance, and multi-point inspections while upholding safety standards and helping customers feel confident about their vehicle's reliability.

Responsibilities

• Provide honest recommendations based on manufacturer guidelines.
• Perform oil changes, fluid refills, and basic maintenance (wipers, lights, brakes, tires).
• Complete multi-point inspections and maintain accurate records.
• Vacuum/sanitize interiors and clean windshields.
• Support additional automotive services (engine, HVAC, electrical, transmission, suspension, etc.).
• Follow all safety, OSHA, and Jiffy Lube standards.
• Participate in on-site and online training.
• Assist with marketing events, inventory, and facility upkeep.
• Build customer loyalty through clear communication and quality work.
