Premium Velocity Auto, operating as Jiffy Lube in Virginia Beach, seeks a Service Technician to help customers feel confident about vehicle safety. You will be cross-trained to perform maintenance, inspections, and customer service with no prior automotive experience required.

A Driver's License is strongly preferred but not required; the role emphasizes safety, team collaboration, and rapid on-the-job learning in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide honest recommendations based on manufacturer guidelines.
• Perform oil changes, fluid refills, and basic maintenance (wipers, lights, brakes, tires).
• Complete multi-point inspections and maintain accurate records.
• Vacuum/sanitize interiors and clean windshields.
• Support additional automotive services (engine, HVAC, electrical, transmission, suspension, etc.).
• Follow all safety, OSHA, and Jiffy Lube standards.
• Participate in on-site and online training.
• Assist with marketing events, inventory, and facility upkeep.
• Build customer loyalty through clear communication and quality work.
• Perform other assigned duties.
