Location

Multiple positions at or near our Mid Atlantic US Customer Center Locations: Allentown, PA; Shrewsbury, PA; Richmond, VA; Greensboro, NC; Charlotte, NC. This role is typically not eligible for relocation. We will contact qualified candidates when openings are available.

Schedule

Monday – Friday 7:30AM – 4:30 PM

Pay Range

Starting between $25.00 - $35.00 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience. Full-time, hourly position. $3,000 Sign-On Bonus!

Job Overview

The Field Service Technician installs, troubleshoots, repairs, and maintains rotary screw and reciprocating air compressors and related components, using diagnostic tools and manual knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and address customer equipment concerns.
• Collaborate on parts ordering and gathering for installations and repairs.
• Assist and train apprentices and other technicians.

Requirements

• At least 2 years troubleshooting industrial/mechanical systems.
• Valid driver’s license for at least 12 months, with no major violations.
• On-call availability, initially not for the first 90 days, with a shared schedule.
• Physically demanding role requiring lifting, walking, and other manual tasks.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Core Competencies

• Ability to read wiring schematics and diagrams.
• Knowledge of network systems, vibration troubleshooting, and air quality systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and mobile devices.

Preferences

• Experience with industrial air compressors.
• EPA Certification.
• Veterans and active-duty military encouraged to apply.

Travel & Work Arrangements

• Travel within a 3-hour radius daily.
• Company vehicle and fuel card provided.
