Mercedes-Benz of Alexandria is seeking a motivated Sales Technician to join our team in Alexandria, VA. The right candidate will be a self-starter with a track record of delivering customer satisfaction, while maintaining attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Must have strong automotive knowledge.
• Must work well in a team.
• Willing to pass drug screening and background check.
• Must have a clean, valid driver's license.
• Experience with Mercedes-Benz vehicles preferred.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Perform work on the repair order with efficiency and dealership standards.
• Test-drive vehicles and diagnose components using diagnostic tools and special service equipment.
• Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle systems including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes and A/C.
• Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications.

Responsibilities

• Perform work specific on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership
• Test-drive vehicles, and test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment
• Diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning
• Executing repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications

REQUIREMENTS:

• Strong automotive background
• Strong teamwork skills
• Willing to submit to a drug screen & background check
• Must have clean & valid driver's license
• Experience working with Mercedes-Benz vehicles
• Authorized to work in the United States
