Qualifications

• Experience in automotive diagnostics and repair.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.
• Ability to diagnose vehicle concerns using advanced tools.
• ASE certifications preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Background check and drug screening required.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs and maintenance according to dealership and manufacturer standards.
• Diagnose vehicle concerns using diagnostic tools and equipment.
• Repair engines, transmissions, steering, suspension, brakes, electrical systems, and A/C.
• Communicate repair recommendations and timelines with Service Advisors.
• Complete warranty repairs to manufacturer specifications.
• Maintain accurate repair documentation and records.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safety compliant.
• Support additional duties assigned by management.

What You'll Do

As a Certified Service Technician, you’ll help deliver exceptional repair and maintenance services while ensuring customers receive a high‑quality dealership experience.

Responsibilities include:

• Performing repairs and maintenance according to dealership and manufacturer standards
• Diagnosing vehicle concerns using advanced diagnostic tools and equipment
• Repairing engines, transmissions, steering, suspension, brakes, electrical systems, air conditioning systems, and more
• Communicating repair recommendations and timelines with Service Advisors
• Completing warranty repairs to manufacturer specifications
• Maintaining accurate repair documentation and records
• Keeping work areas clean, organized, and safety compliant
• Supporting additional duties assigned by management

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Service Technician required
• Strong automotive mechanical and diagnostic background
• Manufacturer ASE Certifications preferred
